• Restricted Shipping: Due to compressed gas regulations, CO2 cartridges can only be shipped via Ground shipping and may be subject to a special Dangerous Goods surcharge (applied at checkout).

• Eligibility: Returns for a refund or exchange are accepted within 20 days of delivery.

• Condition: The vest must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition with the original, sealed CO2 gas cartridge intact.

• Exclusions: Returns will be denied if the CO2 cartridge has been used/deployed or if the vest shows signs of wear (e.g., dirt, horse hair).

• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
