Orders over 200 CAD ship FREE to Québec & Ontario. Orders over 400 CAD ship FREE to the rest of Canada. For our friends south of the boarder, your orders ship for free when you spend 500 CAD or more.

EqiSafe is not responsible for any import charges or duties incurred by the customer for shipments traveling to the USA or internationally.
Other Shipping Information
All packages are shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or Purolator through a platform called Clickship, ensuring the best rates. You will receive a tracking number once your item(s) are packaged. Need your package faster? Contact us to arrange priority shipping; additional costs for priority shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Once the products are entrusted to the shipping company, EqiSafe relinquishes all ownership rights in favor of the buyer.
The delivery of the products is subject to the rules and regulations of the shipping company, including the signature of a receipt acknowledgment. If you are absent at the time of delivery, it will be your responsibility to track and retrieve the products according to the shipping company's procedures.
