Refund policy

Returns: 

Helmets, Airbag Vests & Canisters, and any custom orders are final sale!

New merchandise purchased online will be accepted for a full-refund if EqiSafe is notified of the return within 7 day of receiving your online order. Returned item(s) must meet the following criteria: 

  • Are in the same condition they left the store.
  • Tags are attached.
  • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Your refund will be processed once your item(s) have arrived in store. The shipping costs incurred by EqiSafe to originally ship your item(s) to you will be deducted from your refunded amount.

Discounted/Sale merchandise ordered online will be accepted for a store credit refund if EqiSafe is notified of the return within 7 day of receiving your online order. Returned item(s) must meet the following criteria:  

  • Are in the same condition they left the store.
  • Tags are attached.
  • Item(s) have not been washed, worn, or altered.
  • Is returned according to the time restrictions in the policies above

Return shipping costs are the buyers responsibility. Your refund will be processed once your item(s) have arrived in store. If we shipped your item(s) for free, the shipping costs incurred by EqiSafe to originally ship these item(s) to you will be deducted from the refunded amount. If your order incurred a shipping charge, this shipping amount will not be refunded.  

Cancelled Orders:

Online orders may be cancelled by the client anytime prior to your order shipping. Custom orders may not be cancelled for any circumstance. Online orders cancelled by the customer will be subject to a 3% restocking fee. This fee is in placed to recoup the credit card processing fees that we lose on your cancelled transaction. 

If for any reason EqiSafe cancels your order no restocking fee will be charged.
